Step:

  1. In chopper,add onion,red bell pepper,yellow bell pepper,garlic and parsley,chop coarsely & set aside

  2. In bowl,add beef mince,grinded mixture,salt,black pepper powder,red chilli crushed and garam masala powder,mix until well combined & marinate for 30 minutes.

  3. In frying pan,add oil and spread it

  4. Now add marinated beef and spread evenly,cook on medium low flame for 5 minutes then cut with the help of the cutter

  5. Turn carefully and cook on low flame from both sides until done (approx. 5 minutes) & take out in a serving plate.

  6. In the same frying pan,add tomato slices and cook from both sides & set aside.

  7. Add green chilies and cook from both sides & set aside.

  8. Serve Turkish kabab with rice,tomato & green chilies or imli chutni

  1. 1 large onion
  2. 1/2 cup red bell paper cubes cutting
  3. 1/2 cup yellow bell paper
  4. 5-6 garlic cloves
  5. 1/2 cup parsley
  6. 1/2 kg beef queema
  7. 1 tbls salt or taste
  8. 1 tbls black pepper powder
  9. 1/2 tbls red chilli powder
  10. 1 tbls garam masala
  11. 2 table spoon oil
  12. 1 medium tomato (slices)
  13. 2 green chilli
