In a bowl add boiled and mashed potato, salt, garam masala, lemon juice and chaat masala.
Mix well and add chopped coriander.
Make small size of balls and keep aside.
Take another bowl and add gram flour, curd, ajwain, salt and garam masala.
Mix well and add water, make sure that there is no lumps.
Dip the balls in the batter and add into hot oil.
Fry till golden brown colour.
