Step:

  1. In a bowl mix yellow food colour, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and yogurt and add in chicken and mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

  2. Fry the chicken mix until it is done and charred and give coal smoke for 2 minutes and set aside.

  3. In another pot add onions in heated oil and fry till translucent then add bay leaves, cinnamon, green cardamom and fry until golden brown and crackled.

  4. Then add green chilies, tomatoes, turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, prepared spice mix, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, mix and add yogurt, then mix well and cook until oil separates.

  5. Then add fresh coriander, mint leaves, fried onion and the BBQ chicken.

  6. Whisk yellow food colour in yogurt and add in the biryani mix.

  7. Add the boiled rice and sprinkle with fried onion and the prepared spice mix then cover with lid and steam cook for 8-10 minutes

  1. 6 whole red chilli
  2. 1 tbls coriander seeds
  3. 8-10 kabab chini(all spice)
  4. half badyan ke phol(star anise)
  5. 1 tbls zeera
  6. 10 black pepper corn
  7. 7-8 cloves
  8. 1 black bari Elaichi
  9. yellow food colour required
  10. 1 tbls salt or taste
  11. 1 tbls red chilli powder
  12. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  13. 1/2 tbs ginger garlic paste
  14. 2 tbs yougert
  15. 1 &1/2 tbs lemon juice
  16. 500 gm chicken biryani cut
  17. cooking oil as required
  18. 1/2 cup oil
  19. 1 sliced onion
  20. 2-3 bay leaves
  21. 3 cardamom
  22. 3 dar chini
  23. 4-5 green chilli
  24. 1 sliced tomato
  25. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  26. 1 tbs red chilli powder
  27. 1 ginger garlic paste
  28. 1/2 cup yougert
  29. 1/2 tbs zardy ka rang (food colour)
  30. 1/3 kg rice soaked and boil
  31. 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  32. 1/2 cup mint leaves
  33. 1/2 cup fried onion
  34. 1 tbs garam masala
  35. onion fried as required for garnish
