Step:

  1. Sauté onion in a pan

  2. Add mince with ginger garlic paste

  3. When it Change colour mix all ingredients cook for 10-15 min

  4. For dough

  5. In flour add salt oil mix it and knead with water rest it for 15 minutes

  6. Make small balls roll it out spread ghee flour mixture fold it

  7. Add mince then seal all four edges then make a paira/potli shape

  8. Fry it on medium flame till crispy /light golden brown serve with alu tarkari

  2. 1 onion
  3. 1 t spoon ginger garlic paste
  4. Salt as taste
  5. 1/2 t spoon Cumin powder
  6. 1/2 t spoon coriander powder
  7. 1/2 t spoon red chilli powder
  8. 1/4 t spoon haldi powder
  9. 1/4 t spoon garam masala
  10. 1 Tb spoon oil
  11. 1 Tb spoon coriander chopped
  12. 1 Tb spoon green chilli chopped
  13. For dough
  14. 2 cups flour
  15. Salt as per taste
  16. Oil 2 Tb spoon
  17. Water as required
  18. 4 tb spoon flour mix with 4-5 Tb spoon ghee
