First dissolve custard powder in 2tsp of milk & keep it aside.
Boil milk & gradually add custard mixture init & continuously stir it till it thickens..
In another non stick pan add sugar & cook it on low flame till it caramelised..
Transfer caramelised sugar in prepared custard & stir it immediately & cook on medium flame for 2 min.. please be careful in handling caramel it's bhi hot.
Let it cool for few minutes
In dish spread crushed biscuits layer then add caramel custard & decorate it
Keep it in fridge for 1 hr..
Enjoy cold yummy caramel custard.
