Step:

  1. Soak basmati rice for 20 min and cook rice with 1/2 teaspoon salt

  2. Take a big pot and heat up

  3. Add 2 table spoon of oil in a pot, once the oil is hot then add chopped onion saut for 3-4 minutes on medium flame

  4. Add ginger garlic paste to it then add carrot, capsicum, green beans and green peas then saut for 4-5 minutes

  5. Then add soy sauce and pepper powder to it saut for 2-3 minutes and mix it well add salt as per your taste and turn off the heat, let it cool down a bit then add cooked rice to it

  6. Mix it really well and finally garnish with fresh coriander and spring onion and serve hot with tomato ketchup

  1. 1 cup Basamati rice (soak 20 min in water)
  2. 2 table spoon vegetable oil/ olive oil
  3. 1 tea spoon ginger garlic paste
  4. 1 medium onion chopped
  5. 1 carrot chopped
  6. 1/2 cup green beans cut in to small pieces
  7. 1/2 capsicum/Bell pepper cut in to small pieces
  8. 1/2 cup green peas
  9. 1/4 cup coriander/ cilantro and spring onion finely chopped
  10. 1/2 tea spoon soy sauce
  11. 1 tea spoon black pepper powder
  12. to taste Salt
