In a cup take 1/4cup warm milk,add sugar and yeast,mix,cover and leave for 10 minutes till mixture is frothy.
In a bowl take maida,add salt.Make a well in the middle,add yeast,mix.Add egg also.Make a soft dough after adding some milk.Knead for 5 minutes.Apply oil on the dough and cover.Leave the dough in a warm place for 2 hours.
Now prepare stuffing.Heat oil in a pan,add chopped onion,fry till pink.Add chopped green chillies.Saute.
Add all vegetables to the pan.Mix.Add 1 tbsp water and cook for 1 minute.Add sauces and salt.Mix and cook for 1 minute.Put off flame.
After2 hours dough is risen to double of it's size.Punch the dough to remove the exesse air.Divide the dough into 6 portions.
Flatten each portion into a disc,put 1 tbsp stuffing on one portion,also put a piece of cheese slice.Seal the edges and give the ball a shape of bun.Prepare all in the same manner.
Grease a tray,arrange buns in the tray.Cover with a cotton cloth and leave for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile pre heat an oven at 180°c for 10 minutes.
Buns are ready to be baked.Brush the buns with egg.Sprinkle some chilli flakes and oregano on the buns.
Bake at 180°cfor 25 minutes.Cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes.
Pizza buns are ready to be served.Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
