First make cut on chicken and marinate it with vinegar,salt and food color for 1/2 hour.
Then wash and dry.
Dry roast cumin seeds, coriander whole, black pepper and green cardamom and grind.
In a bowl add yoghurt, grind masala,dry ingredients, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and oil mix together.
Now Marinate the chicken in yoghurt mixture over night.
In a wide bottom pan add water and place a stainer in that pan and put chicken on the stainer and close the lid for 15 minutes.
Take out the chicken from the pan.
Now deep fry chicken in a Karahi till crispy golden.
Serve hot with Masala Rice.
