Combine water and salt. Place chicken in brine for 30 to 60 minutes
Remove chicken from brine and thoroughly pat dry
Mix seasonings together; then sprinkle half evenly over chicken. Flip the chicken and sprinkle with the remaining mixture
Cook chicken in air fryer for the time recommended by the instruction manual.
While the chicken is cooking, warm tortillas in a skillet and mix the sour cream and lime juice.
Once the chicken is done, allow it to sit for 5 minutes, then dice into 1/2 to 1 inch cubes.
Assemble tacos. Place cole slaw mix, cheese, and chicken on each tortilla. Top with lime sour cream.
