Step:

  1. Cook the Macaroni with enough water, salt and drizzle few drops of Oil.Strain the Macaroni, rinse with cool water, drain the excess water and allow it to cool

  2. For making white sauce, heat a pan and add garlic butter. Add the vegetables, give it a good stir and allow it to cook for 3 minutes. Add capsicum to it along with,milk, corn flour, pepper powder, seasoning, cheese, enough salt and allow the mix to thicken. Add the cooked Macaroni and allow the sauce to be coated well with the Macaroni Pasta.Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes. Do a taste test and add enough seasoning, salt, pepper as needed

  3. Heat the pan. Place one tortilla wrap over it and generously smear pizza sauce over it. Fill the wrap with Macaroni Pasta prepared and spread evenly across the tortilla, generously smear mozzarella cheese over the mix, sprinkle seasoning and red chilli flakes. Close the lid of the pan and allow it to cook in low flame till the cheese melts.Continue the same steps with the next wrap as well. Serve hot with a wink and a smile and oodles of love

  1. 1.5 cups Macaroni
  2. as required Enough water to cook Macaroni
  3. 2 Tortilla Wraps (This can be replaced with Our normal Rotis/ Pizza base etc)
  4. 1 cup Grated Carrot, Cabbage mix-
  5. 1/2 cup Capsicum-
  6. 3/4 cup Milk
  7. 2 tablespoons Garlic butter-
  8. as required Seasoning - As per your choice
  9. 1 tablespoon Corn flour-
  10. 2 cubes Cheese for white sauce-
  11. To taste salt
  12. 2 tablespoons Pizza sauce- to smear on the Tortilla wraps
  13. 1 cup Mozarella cheese-
  14. as needed Red chilli flakes for seasoning
  15. 1 tsp Pepper-
