Step:

  1. Take bog cooking deep pan or patteli and add ghee.. when it's heat up add onion and do brwon it

  2. Add ginger garlic paste and cook 3 min after add chicken mix very well..cook 5-10 min in medium falme

  3. Add tomatoes and cook util tomatoes soft..add green chilies and cook 3 min

  4. Add all spice plus whole spice cook in medium flame 10 min

  5. Add yougert but before add mix jifel javtri pintch and garam masala

  6. Cook until ghee come up..last add mint leaves but add hal cup and 1 tble spoon coriander leave..let it do dum for 5 min

  7. Last take 3 tomatoes cut left over mint and coriander leave mix it seprately

  8. Soak rice let it boil..sell rice is vry good one quality so after 4-5 hour soak..let it boil and left two kunni

  9. When rice is done so make layer biryani..the first step is spread some tomatoes and rice then biryani chicken masala..seprae mix tomatoes mint coriander leave..same do make layers

  10. After all layers done..put kewra water and zarde ka rang add zafrani..zafrani add 2 tbls milk but add 1 before then mix biryani..serve with raita ☺️

  1. 1 tin ghee 200 gm
  2. 2/2 kg chicken
  3. 2 tbls ginger garlic paste
  4. 6-7 medium onion
  5. 4 tomatoes
  6. 1 cup yougert mix garam khusbu wala masala plus add jiefl javtri powder pintch
  7. half teaspoon zafraani
  8. 10 green chili
  9. 2 tbls salt
  10. 6 cup sella rice (soak in water 5 hour)
  11. 4 loung
  12. 2 tea spoon black whole paper
  13. 2 star anise
  14. 3 bay leaves
  15. 1 tea spoon zeera
  16. 1 cinnamon stick
  17. 5 alo bukhara
  18. 1 cup mint leave
  19. half cup coriander leave
  20. 2 tea spoon kewera water
  21. 1 tea spoon zerde ka colour
