  1. First kaleji ko ache se wash kerlain aur boil kerlain 5 min whitout salt whole black pepper 1 teaspoon..3 loung 1 cinnamon stick

  3. Cook 15 min medium flame jub ache se cook hojaye so flame slow kerdain

  4. Add green chilies coriander leave and kssori methi last main salt add karain warna liver hard hojati hai

  5. Maza lain eid ka aur mazy se khain

  4. 1/2 tea spoon haldi powder
  5. 2 tbls ginger garlic paste
  6. 5 tomatoes paste
  7. 2 tbls karahi masala taste
  8. 1 tbls chinese salt or simple salt
  9. 2 tbls kasori methi
  10. half cup coriander leave
  11. 5 green chili
