Step:

  1. Chop the onion finely and coat with katakuriko. Cut 5 mm triangles from the corners of siumai skin (this is optional, but it is easier to wrap the filling).

  5. 2 tbsp ◆ Sugar
  6. 2 tbsp ◆ Soy sauce
  7. 1 tbsp ◆ Sesame oil
  8. 1 tsp ◆ Chinese chicken stock powder
  9. 1 ◆ Grated ginger
  10. 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  11. 100 ml Water
  12. 20 Green peas
