  5. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over low heat. Add the garlic, ginger and scallion and saute until aromatic.

  6. When the vegetables have wilted, increase the heat, then add the pork to the pan, stirring well until browned and crumbly.

  1. 3 blocks Firm tofu
  2. 200 grams Minced pork
  3. 2 clove Garlic
  4. 2 small pieces Fresh ginger
  5. 1 stalk Scallion
  6. 2 tbsp ●Miso
  7. 1 tsp ●Sugar
  8. 3 tsp ●Soy sauce
  9. 2 tbsp ●Mirin
  10. 2 tsp ●Oyster sauce
  11. 450 ml Hot water
  12. 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  13. 2 tsp Doubanjiang
  14. 1 and 1/2 tablespoon Katakuriko
  15. 3 tbsp Water
