This is the can of kabayaki-style pacific saury that I used.
Wash the rice and drain in a strainer.
Put the rice into the rice cooker bowl and add the ○ ingredients. If you like a thicker flavor, use 2 tablespoons of mentsuyu! Pour in the water until it reaches the specified amount for 2 cups.
Plop the canned saury right in! Pour in the canned juices too! Turn on the rice cooker!
It's cooked! It smells so good! I wonder if it browned the rice on the bottom and made it crispy?
Stir it well and enjoy!

1 can Canned Kabayaki-style Pacific Saury
360 ml Uncooked white rice
1 tbsp Mentsuyu (3x concentrate), or more
1 tbsp Sake
1 tbsp Mirin
