  3. Abb dosri pattili main oil garam karain aur chopped onion add Ker KY golden honey tak pakain abb half onion ko Nikal ky ek taraf Rakh dain

  4. Abb baqi onion main mutton daal ky bhonnay abb ginger garlic paste add karain aur dahi aur biryani masala bhi add Ker KY cook karain Saath hi green chillies bhi add Ker lain

  5. Jab masala Achi terha bhon Jaye Tu mutton yakhni add karain aur ek ubaal py rice add karain

  6. Abb salt dalky cover Ker dain aur low flame py cook karain

  7. Jab yakhni thori dry ho jaye Tu pulao ko dum py Rakh dain 5 min upper sy zarda colour aur kawra Dal dain aur green coriander leaves daal ky garnish karain

  8. Serve kartay howe rice ky upper baqi onion daal dain for garnish

  7. 1 tbs black pepper whole
  8. 4 green ilaichi
  9. 1 tbs cumin seeds whole
  10. 2 tbs biryani masala
  11. 6 green chillies whole
  12. 1 onion chopped
  13. 1 cup dahi
  14. to taste Salt
  15. 3 cup rice soaked
  16. 2 tbs oil
  17. Zarda food colours
  18. 1 tbs kawra
