Preheat the oven to 200 degree Celsius. On a greased baking tray put 2 slices of bread. Spread some butter on the slices.
Spread some pizza topping on the bread slices. Now add the vegetables.
Sprinkle salt, black pepper, pizza seasoning and red chili flakes on the vegetables.
Add grated mozzarella cheese on top of the vegetables. Cover with another slice of bread.
Spread butter and pizza topping on the bread slices. Add generous amount of cheese.
Sprinkle some pizza seasoning and red chili flakes.
Bake in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or till the cheese is melted and brown spots appear. Also the bottom slice should be crisp and golden.
Once baked take out on a cutting board and cut into 2 pieces diagonally. Serve immediately with ketchup.
