Step:

  1. Melt the butter and chocolate chips on the stove top on low heat

  2. Set oven to 350. Combine the flour, corn syrup and both sugars

  3. Stir in the unsweetened cocoa once the sugar mixture is combined.

  4. Pour the melted butter and chocolate chip combo into the mix

  5. Beat the eggs in the mix until smooth. Itll be kind of like brownie batter

  6. Pour the filling into your pie crust and sprinkle chopped pecans on the top.

  7. Put into the oven on top rack for 30-45 minutes! NOTE: the middle will jiggle a little bit when its done, but not the sides. The center will firm more once its cooled. The texture should be thick, fudgy rich and almost like a brownie!

  1. Frozen pie crust (store bought)
  2. 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  3. 1/2 cup white sugar
  4. 1/2 dark brown sugar
  5. 1/2 stick butter
  6. 2 tablespoons flour
  7. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  8. 3 eggs
  9. 1 cup pecans
  10. 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
