  1. In a large pot, saute carrots, celery and onions in a little bit of olive oil until softened; about 5 minutes.

  2. Add in hamburger & garlic and cook until meat is browned.

  3. Add in fresh spinach, broth, tomato paste and seasonings of choice.

  4. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium low and simmer about 10 minutes or until most of the moisture has been absorbed.

  5. Meanwhile, boil potatoes in a separate pot until fork tender.

  6. Drain off water and return to pot. Add milk, butter and Mrs. Dash and mash.

  7. Grease a 9x13 baking dish and place meat mixture evenly in the bottom.

  1. 1 cup chopped carrots
  2. 1 cup chopped celery
  3. 1 small onion, chopped
  4. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  5. 1 lb. hamburger
  6. Seasonings as desired: pepper, parsley, Mrs. Dash Onion & Herb
  7. 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
  8. 1 cup chicken broth
  9. 1 cup fresh spinach
  10. 6-8 small red potatoes, cubed
  11. 1/2 cup to 1 cup milk
  12. 2 Tbsp. butter
  13. 1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Onion & Herb seasoning
