Step:

  1. Peel the potatoes and julienne. Rinse in salted water.

  2. Julienne the red and green pepper.

  3. Combine the ingredients of the mixed seasonings.

  4. Drain the potato in a colander.

  5. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the potato over a high heat.

  6. When the potato is a little wilted add the red and green peppers and fry.

  7. Add the combined seasonings and stir well.

  8. Transfer onto a serving dish and serve.

  2. 1 Green pepper
  3. 3 medium sized Potatoes
  4. Other
  5. 1 Salt, to taste
  6. 1 as required Vegetable oil
  7. Mixed seasonings
  8. 1 tsp Sugar
  9. 1 tsp Soy sauce
  10. 2 tsp Oyster sauce
  11. 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine (or sake)
  12. 1 Pepper
  13. 1 tsp Sesame oil
