  6. Put vegetables and Aburaage into 1000ml water in pot and bring to boil.

  8. Put grind Daikon and Tofu. Season with Dashi powder and soy sauce.

  9. Mix starch with 50ml of water

  10. Add starch mixture into boiling soup to make thick. And cook 3 minutes. Garnish with Mitsuba leaf.

Ingredients

  1. 15-20 cm Daikon Radish
  2. 5 cm carrot
  3. 1 piece Aburaage (thin deep-fried Tofu)
  4. 1 Eringi mushroom or any mushroom
  5. 30 cm spring onion
  6. 1/2 Tofu
  7. 2 tablespoon Dashi powder (Japanese fish bouillon powder)
  8. 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  9. 2 tablespoon Katakuriko starch or any starch
  10. Finely chopped Mitsuba leaf or green spring onion for garnish
