Step:
Slice thinly the ginger soaked in soy sauce.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium-low heat, then add the carrot and cook until become slightly soft (for about 2 mins).
Put in sliced ginger and stir fry for 20 seconds. Top with the minced shiso leaves (optional).
Ingredients
1 Tbsp ginger (slice thinly and soak it in soy sauce for half day to one day in advance)
1 carrot (peel, cut into thin sticks)
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
Shiso leaves for topping
Soy sauce for soaking
