Step:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, cook green pepper until it becomes lightly brown.

  2. Pour the sauce, simmer until slightly softened but still crisp (for about 2~3 mins.) Top with dried bonito flakes.


Ingredients

  1. 3~4 green peppers (seed and cut into 4~6 equal parts)
  2. 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  3. Sauce: (*mix in advance)
  4. 1 Tbsp * sake
  5. 1 Tbsp * mirin
  6. 1/2 Tbsp * soy sauce
  7. 2 Tbsp * dashi (water + dashi powder is also OK)
  8. dried bonito flakes for topping
