Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, cook green pepper until it becomes lightly brown.
Pour the sauce, simmer until slightly softened but still crisp (for about 2~3 mins.) Top with dried bonito flakes.
Ingredients
3~4 green peppers (seed and cut into 4~6 equal parts)
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
Sauce: (*mix in advance)
1 Tbsp * sake
1 Tbsp * mirin
1/2 Tbsp * soy sauce
2 Tbsp * dashi (water + dashi powder is also OK)
dried bonito flakes for topping
