Step:

  1. Bring the water to a boil, put the noodles and cook according to the directions on the package. Drain and rinse with cold running water, cut about 10 cm long.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle sesame on it. (optional)


Ingredients

  1. 30 g Harusame noodles (Japanese vermicelli)
  2. 1/2 cucumber (slice thinly, sprinkle salt on it, leave for 5 mins, wash with water, drain well.)
  3. 1/3 carrot (cut into thin strips, boil lightly or use a microwave)
  4. 10-20 g broccoli (blanch in salted water, let it cool)
  5. 3-4 slices ham (tear into bite sized pieces)
  6. salt and pepper
  7. white sesame for topping (optional)
  8. MARINADE: (mix in advance)
  9. 2 Tbsp vinegar
  10. 1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
  11. 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  12. 1 tsp sugar
  13. 1 tsp ginger, squeeze the juice out
