Heat a tablespoon oil in a pan.
Add chopped onion and garlic and saute for a minute.
Add chopped capsicum, green peas and tomatoes and saute for one more minute.
Add red chili powder, turmeric and coriander seed powder, mixed spices, salt to taste and mix well.
Add 100 gm or a cup of vermicelli and two cup of water. Cover the pan and let it cook for 8-10 minutes.
It's done. Add cilantro and mix well and serve it hot.
