Step:

  1. Heat a tablespoon oil in a pan.
    Add chopped onion and garlic and saute for a minute.

  2. Add chopped capsicum, green peas and tomatoes and saute for one more minute.

  3. Add red chili powder, turmeric and coriander seed powder, mixed spices, salt to taste and mix well.

  4. Add 100 gm or a cup of vermicelli and two cup of water. Cover the pan and let it cook for 8-10 minutes.

  5. It's done. Add cilantro and mix well and serve it hot.


Ingredients

  1. 100 gm vermicelli or spaghetti
  2. 2 cups water
  3. 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  4. pinch turmeric powder
  5. 1/4 teaspoon coriander seed powder
  6. 1/4 teaspoon mix spices (ground blackpeppers, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom)
  7. 1 onion chopped
  8. handful green peas
  9. 2-3 cloves garlic, minced finely
  10. 1 tablespoon oil
  11. to taste salt
  12. 1 tablespoon coriander/cilantro
  13. 1/2 tomato chopped
  14. 1/2 capsicum (green bell pepper) chopped
