Step:

  2. 75 gr shrimp, peeled and roughly chopped
  3. 50 gr onion, sliced lengthwise
  4. 50 gr red paprika/morrĂ³n, cut into cubes
  5. 50 g green peppers, thinly sliced
  6. 3 pcs cabbage, thinly sliced
  7. 1 handful bean sprouts
  8. 1 bunch mustard greens (plant), thinly sliced
  9. 2 1/2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  10. 1 tbsp salty soy sauce
  11. 3/4 tsp pepper
  12. 1/2 tsp broth powder (flavor of shrimp or chicken)
  13. 1 tsp salt
  14. to taste Oil for frying
  15. GROUND SPICES:
  16. 8 shallots
  17. 5 cloves garlic
  18. 4 cayenne peppers
  19. COMPLEMENTS:
  20. 100 gr chicken, fried and shredded
  21. 5 pcs fried egg (sunny)
  22. 5 pcs prawn crackers
  23. 2 tbsp fried onions
  24. 1 tbsp Chives/Kucai
