Step:

  1. Beat the eggs with milk and a little salt (1 egg + 1 tbsp milk), fry it and then roll. Remove and cut into pieces.

  2. 300 gr chicken breast fillets, diced
  3. 90 gr red paprika/morrĂ³n, diced small
  4. 100 gr onions, sliced lengthwise
  5. 2 tsp ginger, finely chopped
  6. 1 leek, thinly sliced
  7. 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  8. 2 tsp salty soy sauce
  9. 1 tsp sesame oil
  10. Vitsin to taste (optional)
  11. to taste Salt and pepper
  12. Oil for frying
  13. OMELET:
  14. 3 eggs
  15. 3 tbsp evaporated milk
  16. COMPLEMENTARY
  17. 4 shallots, thinly sliced and fried
  18. 2 tbsp celery, chopped
  19. 120 gr fried peas
