Step:
Saute shallot, garlic, tomato, red chili and cayenne pepper until all wilted.
Remove and add Belacan and sugar, then mash/grind until smooth half.
Add fried shrimp and salt, adjust the taste.
Stir until well blended, and add the lemon juice.
Ready to be served.
Ingredients
6 shallots
4 cloves garlic
1 thumb-size piece Belacan, toasted
2 tsp dried small shrimp, fried/roasted
5 red chillis
1 cayenne peppers
1 tomatoes, cut lengthwise
1 lime, use the juice
1 1/2 tsp sugar (to taste)
1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
Oil for frying
