*** everyone makes this different but this is my version.... :-)
crumble the ramen noodles by hand. should look like chow mein noodles.
melt butter in heavy skillet. turn to Med/high.
fry noodles and nuts in the butter.. stir until noodles are gold. add a dash of pepper, garlic powder.
put mix on paper towel. to drain.. I have added pecans.
rinse cabbage very well in cold water.
tear up Napa cabbage by hand (a metal knife cause it turns brown). only use the leaf parts.
mix 1/2 the seasoning packet and pepper, oil, in jar and shake to mix.
also put vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar together in jar. shake well to mix.
put cranberries and noodle/ nuts topping on cabbage.
then add vinaigrette.
