crush or finely chop the pistachios and place in a bowl .
crush or finely chop the peanuts and place in a separate bowl .
place the fine flaked coconut into another separate bowl .
melt the milk and white chocolate separately in a metal bowl over a pot of simmering water , don't let the bowl touch the water in the pot .
holding the cherry by the stalk dip at least half into one of the melted chocolates and then into one of the bowls of either pistachios , peanuts or coconut and place onto a baking paper lined tray to set .
NOTE : can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days depending on the cherry , and that's if you can resist eating them all straight away lol . enjoy . :-)
