put all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.
combine 1 cup very warm water and oil. Pour slowly into dry ingredients and stir by hand. Should be tacky but not sticky. I needed a little more water so I just ran my hand under the water and stirred. This technique worked fine.
oil medium size mixing bowl and with the oil on your hand, coat dough and place in bowl and cover with clear wrap.
I put a rubber band around the clear wrap to keep it tight. Let it sit for 45 minutes in a warm dark place.

I put mine in a large bowl and sit inside an off oven ... until it rises...
