Step:

  1. Combine ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Working in 2 batches, pulse ingredients in a food processor or blender until peanut butter baking chips are finely ground.

  3. Store in airtight container for up to 2 months.

  4. To make hot cocoa, stir 1/3 cup of this mix into 1 cup of hot milk.

  5. Top with whipped cream or mini marshmallows.

Ingredients

  1. 3 cup nonfat dry milk
  2. 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon salt
  3. 1 1/2 cup Dutch cocoa powder (Dutch cocoa powder is cocoa powder that has been treated with an alkali to neutralize some of its natural acidity)
  4. 2 cup confectioner's sugar
  5. 1 1/2 cup peanut butter baking chips
