preheat oven to 200'C - 400'C .
sift flour into a bowl . slowly stir in the milk and beat till smooth . then add the eggs one at a time and beat after each egg adittion until smooth and creamy and cover with a damp cloth and refridgerate for at least 2-3 hours .
using patty cake tins place a teaspoon of dripping pre individual pocket and place in the till melted and very hot then remove . now fill each one with the chilled dough mix and place back into the oven for 10 minutes then turn the oven to 170'C - 340'F for about 5-8 minutes more or until lightly golden brown .
remove from heat and serve hot with gravy or a roast , csn also be eaten cold with golden syrup or ice cream or anyway you like, yum even on their own . enjoy . :-)
