Add meat eggs spices and herbs into bowl with salt and pepper mix well using your hands.Divide into 20 equal balls.
Turn the meatballs in the flour to coat them
Heat oil,fry the balls for about 5 minutes until browned all over,transfere to slow cook/ crock pot
Pour of excess fat from pan leaving about 1-2 tablespoons add onions,cook for two minutes,add garlic.and chorizo, cook for 3 minutes,add tomato sauce,bring to boil.Transfere to crockpot
Cover the pot cook on low for 4 hours.Add the peas,turn cooker to high cook for 15 minutes
Season sauce and serve with rice or pasta.
If you want to check on seasoning for meatballs,cook a little of the meat before you make the balls and taste it.
