Step:

  1. in a sauce pan add water and the Chile pods and let cook till tender then put in blender add garlic and blend till smooth, set aside.

  2. in sautee pan heat enough oil to coat bottom and sides, add shrimp and vegetables let cook about 6-8 minutes

  3. using a metal collinder slowly add salsa to pan removing any pulp or seeds, when all the salsa is in there let simmer about 10 minutes.

  4. salt to taste

  3. 2 cup sliced mushroom
  4. 5 dried California chile pods
  5. 10 dried Japanese chile pods
  6. 1 cup broccoli chunks
  7. 1 cup cauliflower chunks
  8. 2 clove garlic
  9. 1 salt to taste
