Heat water and sugar together in a small saucepan over low heat for 5 minutes or until sugar melts. Remove from the heat. Let it cool. Pour the lemon liquour into the syrup, stirring to combine.
Scatter and spread the syrup over the top of melon. Grill for 10 minutes on each side.
Sprinkle abundant pepper over the top of the melon. Stuff the melon with strawberrys and arrange upright in a serving dish.
Serve drizzled with syrup or mascarpone, if desired. Share, serve and enjoy!
