Step:

  1. Add the teabags to the freshly boiled water and let steep for around 20 minutes. Remove teabags and let tea cool completely

  2. Put the peaches and sparkling water in a blender and puree. You can strain this if you like or leave it a bit pulpy if you prefer

  3. In a large jug or bowl mix together the tea, peach puree, lime juice and ginger ale and sweeten to taste

  4. Chill before serving. Makes just over 2 litres


Ingredients

  1. 500 ml hot water, just boiled
  2. 3 ordinary teabags - not fancy tea
  3. 4 large ripe peaches, peeled & pitted
  4. 1 juice of a lime, 2 tbsp
  5. 700 ml gluten-free ginger ale
  6. 240 ml sparkling/carbonated water
  7. to taste agave nectar, syrup or honey
