Heat your pan, use a drip or three of evoo. (Olive oil) cut your chicken breast length wise into semi thick strips. Dip in flour, egg then panko crumbs. Cook through your chicken will crisp on med high heat or even med. Add salt and pepper as desired.
Slice and dice your vegetables. Saute in butter over medium high heat with a lid on and stir occasionally. Salt and pepper to taste.
Slice your bread and set it on baking sheet if you prefer toasted. Bake on low for 5-6 min. I like mine soft. Dress it with your dressing preference. Add anything you like lettuce, tomatoes, avocado. Stack your bread and sink them teeth in!
