Step:

  1. In skillet over medium high, toast sesame seeds until golden brown and fragrant, about 3 minutes. be careful not to burn.

  2. remove sesame seeds and set aside. add broccoli, garlic, and soy sauce to skillet. cover and cook until crisp - tender, about 5 minutes.

  3. add sesame oil and stir and cook 1 additional minute. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve.
