  1. Add spinach and next three ingredients to a blender and blend at least 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and blend 30-45 seconds more.


Ingredients

  1. 1 handful baby spinach
  2. 1/4 cup apple juice
  3. 1/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt
  4. 1/2 cup water, skim milk or unsweetened almond milk
  5. 1/2 small ripe banana(preferably frozen)
  6. 1 kiwi peeled and cut in half
  7. 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  8. 5 ice cubes
  9. 1 optional packet of splenda or a small spoonful of honey. I prefer my smoothie without the added sweetness in this one
