Saute garlic & onion in 2 Tbsp butter over medium heat till tender.
Stir in wine & lemon juice, raise heat to medium high & simmer to reduce by half.
Reduce heat to low, add butter slices one at a time.
Stir in tomatoes, basil, salt & white pepper, remove from heat and set aside.
Brush chicken with olive oil & season with salt, black pepper. Grill 15-20 minutes till cooked through. (Season and grill steaks to taste.)
Place equal amount of cheese on each breast (steak). Spoon sauce over chicken (steak). Serve.
