Step:
Fry the meatballs in a non-stick pan for 2 minutes on a high heat until browned
Stir in the churney, stock and apples then bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes until sauce has thickened
Serve with mashed potato or boiled rice
Ingredients
300 grams pork meatballs
3 tbsp caramelised onion chutney or marmalade
300 ml vegetable stock
2 red apples, thickly diced
