Step:

  1. PRESOAKED SHIITAKE MUSHROOM

  2. soak dried shiitake mushroom till till soft then squeeze dry excess water

  3. STIR FRY

  4. in pan with oil fry garlic and onion till fragrant

  5. add mushroom ,oyster sauce snd soy sauce

  6. add spinach and chinese wine and mix well off the heat

  7. serve hot


Ingredients

  1. 6 cup SPINACH
  2. 1 large dice onion
  3. 1 tbsp garlic
  4. 1 cup presoaked shiitake mushroom
  5. 1 tbsp oyster sauce or 2 tsp of dark soy sauce
  6. 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  7. 1 dash chinese shaoxing wine / japanese sake /sherry wine optional
  8. 2 tbsp oil
