Step:

  1. MARINATE MUSHROOM

  2. marinate oyster mushroom for 10minute

  3. DEEP FRY

  4. dip marinated mushroom into batter then coat in breadcrumb and deep fry till lightly brown and crispy

  5. ORANGE DIPPING SAUCE

  6. add all ingredients with 200 ml water in pan till simmer then add corn starch to thicken sauce then off heat

Ingredients

  1. Orange sauce
  2. 1 large orange juice
  3. 2 tbsp sunskit concerntrated orange juice
  4. 1 tbsp sugar and pitch of salt
  5. 1 pinch cornstach
  6. batter for deep fry
  7. 1 cup bread crumb
  8. 6 tbsp plain flour
  9. 3 tbsp corn flour
  10. 1/2 cup water
  11. marinate mushroom
  12. 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  13. 3 tbsp ginger juice
  14. 1/2 tsp salt
  15. 1/2 tsp five spice powder
  16. 1 dash white pepper
  17. 12 large oyster mushroom
