Step:

  1. Add the pasta shells to 6 quarts of boiling salted water and cook until tender, yet firm.

  2. Drain; rinse with cold water, then drain again. Set aside to cool.

  3. Combine the crabmeat, shrimp, cheese, dressing ,celery, onion, and pimiento in a small bowl. If the mixture seems too dry, add more salad dressing or mayonnaise.

  4. Spoon the mixture into the cooled shells; cover and refrigerate until chilled. You can serve the shells garnished with celery leaves if desired.

  1. 1 16 ounce package jumbo sized pasta shells
  2. 1 7 1/2 ounce can crabmeat, drained, flaked, and cartilage removed
  3. 1 2 1/2 ounce can tiny shrimp, drained
  4. 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  5. 1/2 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
  6. 2 tbsp thinly sliced celery
  7. 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
  8. 1 tbsp finely chopped pimiento
