  5. dressing
  6. 1 tbsp brown sugar
  7. 1 clove chop garlic
  8. 3 kalamansi juice or lime juice
  9. 2 tsp fish sauce for best flavour or light soy sauce
  10. garnish
  11. 2 tbsp any nuts roughly chop
