In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
Stir by hand until well blended.
Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 325°F.
Form dough into 1 inch balls and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Using a fork dipped in flour, flatten each ball in a crisscross pattern.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack.
Store in an airtight container.
