  1. 1 onion, diced
  2. 2 clove garlic, finely chopped
  3. 2 carrots, thinly sliced
  4. 1 courgette/zucchini, diced
  5. 1 red or yellow bell pepper, chopped
  6. 260 grams sweet corn
  7. 800 grams canned kidney beans, drained
  8. 800 grams canned chopped tomatoes
  9. 120 ml water
  10. 1 1/2 tbsp chilli powder
  11. 1 tsp cumin
  12. 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  13. 1 dash cayenne pepper
  14. 1 dash tobasco (optional)
