Step:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.

  2. In mixer bowls, beat butter, sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, xanthum gum, eggs, milk, & 1 1/2 tsp vanilla. Spread in greased 13x9 pan.

  3. Bake 40 minutes or until set.

  4. Just before brownies are done, in saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with sweetened condensed milk & remaining 1 1/2 tsp vanilla. Immediately spread over hot brownies.

  5. Cool. Chill. Cut into bars.


Ingredients

  1. 1 cup butter, melted
  2. 2 cup sugar substitute, such as truvia/stevia (can also use regular sugar)
  3. 1 cup gluten free all purpose flour (can use reg flour cup for cup)
  4. 2/3 cup Cocoa
  5. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  6. 1/2 tsp xanthum gum (if using regular flour instead of gluten-free, you don't need this ingredient)
  7. 2 eggs
  8. 1/2 cup soy milk (or milk of your choice)
  9. 3 tsp vanilla, divided
  10. 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
  11. 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
