  5. cover crumble mixture with rest of batter then cover with rest of crumble mix .

  6. Bake until browned 60-70 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes turn onto cooling rack .

Ingredients

  1. cake
  2. 4 oz ( 115 gr ) butter at room temperature
  3. 4 1/2 oz ( 125 gr ) castor or superfine sugar
  4. 3 medium eggs
  5. 7 1/2 oz ( 215 gr) plain flour
  6. 1 tsp baking powder
  7. 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  8. 8 fl oz ( 250 ml ) soured cream
  9. topping and filling
  10. 8 oz dark brown sugar
  11. 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  12. 4 oz ( 115 gr ) very finely chopped nuts, I use pistachio ,
  13. 2 oz ( 55 gr ) cold butter, cut into.pieces
